We had a UV protection film installed and Kurt spotted two little cracks in the windows that we hadnâ t noticed. They donâ t fix windows and he didnâ t try to get me to go to someone specific, he just went out of his way to make sure we knew that there was a small issue that was going to become a big issue. We got them fixed before they became a much more expensive problem and are really thankful to him and the whole team. They did a great job installing the film after we fixed the windows and really went above and beyond to help us out.

I had a bad experience with another window film installer, I wonâ t say who it was but they told me their film would block out a certain amount of heat and my living room was still WAY too hot in the afternoons so I called CoolVu to try to fix the problem. They came out the next day, told me exactly why the other film wasnâ t working and put up new film on all the windows in just a few hours. Now I can be in my living room without sweating the whole afternoon AND my AC bill is noticeably lower. CoolVu is the company you want to do your window film install!

It was a decent experience. Kurt and team were courteous and worked hard. We did have to have some of the films replaced due to bubbles that did not dissipate over time with heat curing. They did replace it and it looks much better. But in the process of trying to address the bubbling, the time frame at which the bubbles should magically self-cure and disappear kept extending from 2 weeks, to 4 weeks, to 6 weeks. That part was rather frustrating.
