"Unfortunately, this is a very old review that I am just seeing for the first time. After reading it, I do see that we had notes dictating that we scheduled an appointment to look at the tub and determine where the issue was as we often do. My employee said we would look at the tub and if it was a heater or a pump, things that we do service, we could fix it, but we do not work on plumbing leaks, again a very common statement by pool companies. Somewhere in translation, that got lost and as based by this persons own complaint we told them that again and they still expected us fix the issue after it was determined that it was something that we did not do. The customer wasn't charged, and the customer found a company to service their plumbing issues that specialized in spa repair. I feel that this customer review although truthful was missing a few key details such as they were not charged, and we did notify them by their own word that we did not service spa leaks. I apologize that we did not perform services that we don?t provide and for the confusion in the explanation as the customer did not apparently understand what my employee or myself were saying. Moving forward I will make an attempt to make sure that we explain our services better."
