Stephen Hopkins and his crew did an amazing job of hanging our Christmas lighting/display externally, of our home. Used quality rustproof hooks and fasteners. The job was not only fantastic, but tidy, as wiring throughout were neatly rolled and tucked, for a clean and professional appearance throughout. Highly recommend gladly.

Stephen and crew not only installed the outdoor lights, but also advised on design for our new home and did all of the shopping for me..The installation was of the highest quality even hiding extensions under rock beds. It was a great surprise for my husband and a great value for the price. And they will return to take all of the lights down! I will use this service next year!

Will never use this service again! I sent pictures and was quoted a price I paid the Agreed-upon price then Steve ended up changing the price and said I need $150 more. I told him this was not fair as we already agreed to a price and recommended that he stop. He only did the sides and back and didn't do the front doorway or lanai. The work was sloppy and he did a bait and switch. There are other power washer out there who are honest. I now have to hire someone else to finish his job and go over the places he missed because he was sloppy.

"Aloha Grace and my clients, I take full responsibility for not going out to the temple valley property (mountain rains area) to properly quote this job and insuring that I do a walk through in person with the homeowner. The client had asked for immediate availability so we confirmed the job with photos. My original quote was $350.00 for estimated 4 hours based on the photos sent. This is my rebuttal: Upon arriving to do the work I walked around to review the extent of the work. The amount of moss and algae was under estimated and most importantly, the photos sent did not include a 10x15 area that had the worst algae growth. I texted client immediately and asked her to adjust the quote after seeing the algae growth and of the missing photo. We did again verbally agree to new adjusted terms. We agreed that I would do all except the back Lanai. I had asked for an increase for an extra labor. I ended up calling in for a second hand to help with no price adjustment. We did a very good job especially for amount of algae growth and at the price of $350 for a job that I would of normally charged a minimum of $700.00. We did more then client asked, adding in the moss walls and caps and spend an extra effort on cleaning the debris and running it down the street and away from the neighbors. I've been power washing and serving Hawaii's clients for over 20 years and I've always done an excellent job with all my power wash and repair service calls. This is a tough lesson. I've never had a bad review or a displeased client. My consistent positive reviews over the years speak for themselves and this type of customer interaction hurts my spirit of serving. Grace I hope that you might find it in your heart to reconsider the negative review knowing that I didn't receive the photo of the garbage can area that changed the dynamics of this job! I'd be glad to come back and complete the back end for a nominal price to make this right. Aloha and Mahalo, Stephen"

Stephen Hopkins, who manages the projects, hired competent pleasant people who did excellent work. The project was to reinstall 8 bi-fold doors which had been removed from closets to facilitate the installation of a new floor (which had happened earlier). They also installed new passage doors to replaced failing older ones. All of the doors required trimming and the hall doors required hinge mortises and holes for the new door hardware. They did an excellent job and left the house and work area in the carport meticulously clean. I will use them again.

Stephen had never installed a motorized awning before. Before accepting our job he researched what it would entail. it was a challenge that he and Daniel handled with professionalism and intelligence. With our roofing obstacles it took longer than expected but his charges were very reasonable. We are happy with the quality of work and are enjoying our shaded patio.,

He was prompt, professional and reasonable. The works was done so well, you couldn't tell that it was done. He repaired a door frame and door where my dog had scratched the wood to the point of it being gouged. He even matched the paint. I sent him photos of the damage, he quoted me a price and I hired him all via text. He did the work the next day. AMAZING! I will certainly use him again.
