Hired Kevin for a variety of repairs. He did a great job

Kevin showed up on time for a bid. We hired him, paid the deposit and settled on a date for work to be done. Weather on that date was dangerously hot so delayed it 5 days. Evening before we received an email from him saying he wouldn;t be able to do the job, no explanation. Said we would receive refund. So disappointed.

He was just ok... never showed up on time.. work was not completed because he was not reliable.

I had a vinyl fence and gate repaired. He did an excellent job! Quality and price was beyond my expectations!

Kevin has performed several projects, including installing shower in bath; installing camera doorbell; installing kitchen lighting and bathroom shelving. He is working to complete tiling in kitchen and bathroom.

Polite, knowledgeable, prompt, hard worker, and honest. Will definitely use Cooley Home Concepts again and recommend to my friends.

Kevin was prompt and went straight to work. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The prop was vacant, so he was able to come at his leisure. He worked late into the night to complete projects. I was very impressed.

Kevin installed a window seat/bench with storage compartment in our bay window. He not only did a wonderful job, he wasn't afraid of tackling a project in our 151 year old house. He was professional and kind, efficient and timely without rushing, and had great communication along the way!

I needed a hand rail added to my basement stairs. Kevin Cooley arrived when said he would and took measurements for work supplies he would need. He left and got those supplies and returned within minutes and completed the hand rail. My wife and I are completely satisfied with his work, as well as his work ethic. He is someone I felt very confident allowing access to my home. When this project was completed I told him of another project that would need his attention, at his convenience, He agreed to take on this additional project and I will review that at a later time.

I loved Kevin and his work ethic so much. Will be using him in the future for all of my handy man home projects
