This company is by far top notch. They provided prompt professional service and installed a new Rheem Air Conditioner with knowledge and know-how. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a sleek new unit.

They came to my house on a Sunday 45 minutes after I called and fixed my AC unit within a 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend them.

The Hvac guy told me the capacitor was the issue. He told me the labor was $65. My brother said the part was $35. He charged me $215. I pretty much paid for convenience and didn't do my due diligence of research before okaying bc I was in a hurry. Google basic cost ppl. Customer Service was great. The guy was prompt in responding. I just didn't like that I pretty much got played for bucks.

Excellent service!

First I had another AC Co, and he said I had a leak in the system and he would charge me $89 if he could find where the leak was quickly and it could run up to $189.00. I called Cooling Connections, and they were here in 12 mins, checked the unit and Bob found the leak immediately, and there was no charge for finding the leak. Came back and filled my AC with freon to last until he rec'd the Coil which was the next day. NO CHARGE. I can't thank him enough. He also repaired the drain pipe with no charge. I HAVE NEVER MET PEOPLE LIKE THAT, HIS WIFE WAS CALLING ME AND INFORMING ME WHEN HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE, WHAT A GREAT COMPANY, VERY HONEST, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. Nice to find HONEST and reliable people in the AC business. His bill was below other AC businesses would charge. AND SO HAPPY THAT I CALLED HIM, and very honest. THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE. LOOK FORWARD TO HAVE HM COME BACK IN 6 MONTHS. I AM AN ELDERLY LADY LIVING ALONE, AND HE HAS GIVEN ME FAITH IN PEOPLE AGAIN. Five star is not enough .God Bless you Bob. Thank you again. Bob was very helpful in this request since we are from another state buying a house in Florida. Was able to quickly schedule us in and make necessary repairs immediately for us. Highly recommend.

Outrageously expensive. Have a quote not knowing what was involved. Showed up and performed about 30 mins of work and did not adjust the quoted price. ~$200 for 30 mins. Would not recommend to anyone.

The gentleman did a excellent job and he is very knowledgeable of Of the A/C business. I am looking forward to have him come back in 6 months.

I DID HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR THEM TO GET THE PART TO FIX MY AC.

After spending an hour evaluating the project (replacing all the A/C ducts),the tech determined it wasn't needed- saving us $2800. And did not charge us for his time.

I'm new to PSL and found Cooling Connection through Home Advisor. Bob showed up on time, explained the choices I have with the system I have installed and gave me a fair estimate. Due to its' age, and the advice Bob offered, I chose to replace the system. When they came to replace the system, Dave and Bob showed up on time, had all the parts, went right to work and were gone in a few hours. The work area was left clean, the tangle of wires on my old system are now gone. The job looks professional. (...as Bob said to me when he was finished, "Pretty good for my first job. I watched the You-Tube video last night!") I highly recommend Cooling Connection, Inc.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Fantastic price, wonderful work ethic, the nicest guys you ever want to meet, fair, honest, professional, congenial, neat, knowledable, just awesome. I can't say enough positive things about them. Did all kinds of extras for me as I was injured, just because they were being nice. Wish I could do something in return. I'm so grateful. And they're so considerate and thoughtful.
