Do not hire.Dispatch can't process factual information and relay that info to the worker. Assigned 2 hour window was told call would be made when tech was on their way. No call. I called them response he is running late. I left the house unlocked and provided photos of all red error lights . 2 hours later I get a text to complete a survey. Called dispatch got hung up on . Called again mid sentence got hung up on again. I wanted to know. Is the job done? Is he coming back? Dispatch says I will call you back. 50 mins later no call. Its close to 5pm, I call again, dispatch says no one is here, let me put you on hold. Hung up on again. Call back again 457 some handler company rep not dispatch says I take notes and you will hear back Monday, 3 days from now??? Unacceptable!! 503pm original dispatch calls me and says read the notes, I did. They make no sense can you have him call me, no. Is he coming back, no. As I write this at 1am the problem is not resolved. 82 degrees now!! Refund me!

My house was always very hot in the summer without window AC units everywhere. No longer! The professionals at Cooling Unlimited instantly came up with a solution which worked out so well. Very professional installers finished the project with quality workmanship. They provided overall a better value for the money invested. I saved so much money over some of the other quotes. Now, I have to turn the thermostat up or it can get too cold in the house!

We love our new boiler. They came when they said they would and completed the job on time. So, I would give the installers an A+. Experienced one minor issue which I think was caused by the guys who removed the old boiler. There were dirty, greasy fingerprints left all over two newly installed and primed doors in the cellar. Also, a 6 inch hole was made in the sheet rock. I understand that things happen, but I would have liked to have been told about it.

Contractor was right on time as promised, and the technician explains everything to me and complete the job.

Thanks ServiceMagic for help. I did not replace a new boiler but I changed my mind and used Cooling Unlimited Inc to fix my oil boiler system. Cooling Unlimited Inc very experience company and I will refer to all my friend in the future. Thanks
