Jashua from Coolray came out to clean my AC unit and mini split as well as change the AC filter. He was fast at doing the job. Jashua also recommended some things for the AC unit and pointed out a potential problem with the mini split. Jashua was a super nice guy and a pleasure to talk too while I followed him around as he worked.

Stan Stankov was our technician and was extremely through & educated us on how our system worked. We would like to request him every time going forward.

System put in properly. Works fine. Didn?t get a cost breakdown. Was charged for a smart thermostat (over $300) but was given a basic thermostat($50). Talked to salesman who refused to subtract the cost from estimate. Offered $160 dollars in maintenance instead. Nothing in writing. Asked for a cash discount instead of free financing but was told no because the bank loaned them the money for free. Yea everybody knows banks love to loan money for free.

Austin Gill was our repair technician who arrived earlier in the evening, went right to work looking for the problem and addressing getting our heating system up and running & also thermostats back on. He found the problem quickly and resolved it. He was very professional & explained what happened. I have been a customer for 14+ years and just had a 25 year old system replaced even though it was still operating. I believe this is because I have had Coolray service both of my units over the years. Sasha, the account rep, was knowledgeable and assisted in completing my order and scheduling the install. The system was replaced this week and the technician - Josh - was wonderful. Highly experienced and responded to all my questions. There was an issue with rehanging a door, and Coolray provided follow up and came out again. This all happened in less than a week. I am so pleased with my new system, can tell a difference in heating, and recommend Coolray not only for heating/AC needs but for servicing.

coolray has been my HVAC provider since the late 1990's -- I believe, trust, and appreciate their counsel -- replaced my aged units with them -- their services have been impeccable -- and i TRUST them. Remember this -- TRUST is a most important tenet associated with services. My service technician Jaime Stewart has been the standard bearer for my comments over the years -- before her it was Brad Smith.

Yes, this was a maintenance check and filter replacement. The technician also showed my daughter how to change filters and size of filters. This was GREATLY appreciated even though we will need help on one of the hard-to -reach furnaces. He did not complain, explained it well very well. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very professional.

Terrell & Milton was booked through Home Depot to do a maintenance check on my furnace & A/C units. They discovered that my A/C units lines were freezing and that my blower motor needed to be cleaned. This check up was very beneficial for my family & saved us thousands of dollars in the future by being proactive. Our servicemen were very knowledgeable, patient, explained everything step by step w/ clarity. After figuring out the diagnosis, they provided options for us to get the findings serviced. I’d highly recommend using this thorough Home Depot so that you can get your twice a year maintenance checks prior to the start of fall & spring each year…

Troy did a great job from notifying me prior to his arrival, to performing the service on arrival, and completing the service by letting me know services provided and issues found, an
