The sales rep replacing heating my A/C / heating system was super & helpful. The team installing the system was great & professional. The letdown came when I needed help answering simple questions/directions like how to program the system so that I could program the A/C this summer - after I?d given a check for $21,000 to pay for the system in full. After repeated calls, I was unable ever to get thru to a Cool Ray rep available to offer the least assistance. Getting through to a live person is so frustrating & difficult with this company. I find Cool Ray?s sales & service pros very helpful in person, but don?t expect any help or advice once your A/C system is installed in your home. Customers are dropped like hot potatoes & left feeling taken for granted. I?d give Cool Ray post-sales assistance no more than a zero, because that?s the service which I received.

The technician, Jeff Johnson, arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my upstairs unit. I’ve been doing business with Coolray for many years, and they consistently deliver top‑tier service at fair, reasonable pricing. I’m now looking to replace my two older HVAC units, and I will definitely be choosing Coolray for the installation. Their lifetime warranty and reliable service make the decision easy.

Technician Jeff called ahead to let me know he was on the way for the semi-annual hvac tuneup, then arrived when he said. He had reviewed my service history and knew the house from a previous visit. He's very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and gave good advice. I've been very pleased with the Coolray service plan for many years and highly recommend them.

After a power outage and the surge when it came back on, one of our thermostats had a blank screen and intermittent flashing. Service Tech first checked several "cheap to repair" things to see if something other than the thermostat was at fault. As I had surmised, no, it was the thermostat that got fried. He replaced it with a new one in about 15 minutes, cleaned up any debris and packaging and headed out - quick, friendly and efficient.

I asked for the annual tune-up, and everything was perfect at the price promised to us and there was no hidden cost. John was also a very respected man. thank you.

Jashua from Coolray came out to clean my AC unit and mini split as well as change the AC filter. He was fast at doing the job. Jashua also recommended some things for the AC unit and pointed out a potential problem with the mini split. Jashua was a super nice guy and a pleasure to talk too while I followed him around as he worked.

Stan Stankov was our technician and was extremely through & educated us on how our system worked. We would like to request him every time going forward.

System put in properly. Works fine. Didn?t get a cost breakdown. Was charged for a smart thermostat (over $300) but was given a basic thermostat($50). Talked to salesman who refused to subtract the cost from estimate. Offered $160 dollars in maintenance instead. Nothing in writing. Asked for a cash discount instead of free financing but was told no because the bank loaned them the money for free. Yea everybody knows banks love to loan money for free.
