The service man looked at our tow LG air-conditioners which are only 3.5 yrs. old and said, I can't really help you. We pai $172.00 for him to drive out and charge us. My husband called the main LG Co., and they helped walk him through what he needed to do. Plus, they instructed their service man to return and assess the problem and order the parts we needed. Both units still do not work and two of our structured walls are now in need of tear down and rebuild because the service man left us hanging. I will write a follow-up to let you know an update.
