He did a great job!

Quick response (0ne day). Efficient time use- work completed in 5-hours. Installer was very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is the quote given me over the phone was $4500 but the actual was $5500. Reason given was Equipment on original estimate had to be upgraded i.e. 1Hp pump to 1.5 Hp pump.

I hired Coolwater Drilling first to replace a pressure tank. They further replaced the pump, wiring and changed the pipe from galvanized to PVC saying it would eliminate any iron residue in the water. My water now has more residue than ever before. It leaves a nice rust sheen in the toilet after 4 or 5 days. It used to take well over a month for the same residue to appear. The said my previous 1 hp pump that lasted for over 30 years was not sufficient to service the house although it had been in service without incident since 1983. They replaced the pump with a 2 HP pump. They did not check the depth of the well other than looking at the pipe retraction. And although said they would check the water quality apparently got 2 samples confused and still cannot tell me if my water is really safe to drink. I have been drinking bottled water ever since. Before the incident I always trusted the water quality but now I am reluctant. I hate to write a bad review however I feel like I was taken for a ride. They seem like nice guys but now I am left with trying to find someone to do the job I actually hired them to do after $7600 clean up my water system.

After tech finished replacing pump and cable he cleand up and gave me the old cable for recycling. After he left I noticed that the cable was burnt and seperated . pump maynot have been bad just the cable may have needed replacing.

Arrived on time, did great work, cost was less than other companies , very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them and will use them again for sure.

The repairman that came out was very professional and the cost was less than I expected. They arrived 15 minutes before they said they would be at my home. We had no water and they fix the problem quickly and got us water. If I ever need any kind of pump work done I will definitely use Coolwater Drilling again.

I had a tricky well placement and they were able to get The equipment behind my house where other companies told me they would need to get a Crane to go over my house and it would cost thousands More. Now my well as running at top speed and I can't tell you when I've had such wonderful shower pressure thank you cool water.

The only company who would come out right away.. we had no water, and they fixed our problem quickly, and very proficiently. Great company..and will use them again for any well pump issues!! Thank you Coolwater Drilling!!!

Our water pump stopped working - unexpectedly. With 11 people arriving to spend the next few nights with us, we needed water!!!!! Coldwater answered our call immediately. They asked the size of our water pump before coming to our house. They were here the next morning. They brought everything we might need to regain our water. We didn't need a new water pump; just an electrical connection. Within 15 min. we had water again. Crisis averted. We had water!!!!!

Very knowledgeable. They chargeres twice the price for controllers vs what I found online. Didn't mention the well head bolts need to be replaced (I took them off before he got there) and he didn't put them back on. Work was done quickly and done right.

They were the first one to call us back. It was a Saturday and they came right out. They were awesome and did a great job.

These guys are polite and professional. They managed to fit me into their busy schedule. They quickly came out and diagnosed the issue. They referred us to a guy who came out and located our well head which ended up being in 25 years of thick overgrowth. They then quickly came out and installed a new well system. Our water pressure is better than ever!

THEY WERE QUICK AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM

I had a cracked water main coming from the well into the house. Coolwater was quick to respond, and identified and resolved the issue without hesitation. Very knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.

Coolwater Drilling were quick to respond and were able to get water running again that day. Only negative issue was getting their truck stuck in our yard unnecessarily, but they did resolve that and completed the work.
