Over the top professional on time, on budget easy to work with gentleman and the work was not easy and yet the did it plank by plank the fence I have never had an amazing well built fence they finished before the promised date. Hand Painted the fence in the end and the results came out amazing. I had asked them to come back and they did do what I wanted and they took care care of anything I wanted done. They let me input anything into the contract I had also wanted.

Carlos and I were very impressed with Lincond from the very first time we met him. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable regarding the type of project we want. Right away he pointed out things that the previous two contractors we got estimates from completely missed and this cemented our choice in him as he was clearly very experienced. Lincond and his team were always on time, always courteous. The two things that stuck out to us the most about Lincond were his ingenuity and also his willingness to continually go above and beyond even when it came to little things that weren't part of the original scope of work. This small detail was huge for us and definitely guaranteed him future projects because it showed that he cared about us and the overall success of our project. Lincond and his team have been the best contractors we have worked with during our entire bathroom renovation. They did a great job from day one, walking me through the anticipated process during the quoting phase. They were thorough and worked very efficiently to provide exactly what we needed.
