"Totally false!!! You are completely wrong for this rating and a bad businessman. You could not get a 1-2 day turnaround, as You were not my only customer to take care of. You had a lack of patience, knowing I had to do parts research to even find the part for your commercial ice machine. You stand behind glass all day at a gas station so what was your excuse for not doing your own parts research and ordering the part, as I advised based on your circumstance? Even offered the option of you purchasing part and I only charge you for labor. You called once and we had a conversation about your part plus you text once to throw judgment. Btw $60 is ."
