My 26 year old HVAC system was ready to be replaced. Kendall and the folks at Cooper Climate were solid pros from start to finish. The all-inclusive price quoted included a duct test and all facets of installation, and fell comfortably within the amount I was expecting for a quality, highly efficient Trane system. They arrived on time, and Clarinda in the office kept me informed whenever service technicians were en route. Along with a quality installation, Jose and his crew were highly respectful of my property and did a great job, right down to vacuuming the areas where work was performed. In short, Cooper Climate did a great job installing a quality system at a reasonable price with no surprise charges or fees. They even took care of the paperwork for my SRP rebate, which I look forward to receiving in the near future. Lastly, I appreciated Kendall wearing a mask and gloves when coming near me and my property, given the current situation. Thanks again to everyone at Cooper Climate Control!

Great company and owner. They will not try to up sale you on any item. They take the time to analyze your needs and suggest components that will meet those needs. If you don't need an expensive unit they will tell you so. No high pressure sales techniques and great customer service.

I was extremely happy with this from start to finish. It was more than I wanted to spend but I know Kendall did his best for me. He made sure everything was done well (the work crew was great) and even came back to attach a fake owl up there because he knew I had a problem with pigeons. He knew his business and was very respectful and personable.

Everyone that was involved in the repair at our property was amazing! They all were very nice and kept us up-to-date through the whole process. I was very pleased with everyone.

They didn't try to sell me something more expensive and that I didn't need. Very good price. Prompt and courteous.

The installers did a great job. I injured my hand the day the unit was installed and had to go to urgent care. The owner of Cooper Climate Control came over a few days later and showed me how to program the thermostat & filled out SRP rebate paperwork for me.

I was price shopping for 2 new a/c units and air handlers for my 23 year old home. I breed and show Bernese Mt. Dogs so I have a lot of them in the house. I keep my house at 72 degrees year round for the comfort of my dogs. Many of the companies giving me quotes were more than happy to quote me for the most expensive, variable speed unit that I was inquiring about. Not Kendall. He said that it wouldn't work for me because of the amount of dogs I have constantly creating heat in my house. I needed units with constant force. These units were cheaper! After coming to my house and checking out my dog situation and then looking at my duct work, he sat down with me and explained to me what I needed, every step so that I fully understood it. Very reasonable price! My units were installed the following week. His guys were here like ants just working in the background and getting it done. I was up and running with both units by the end of the day! They are quiet and it is cold! My dogs will love it!

Kendall offered some of the best prices in the valley as well as a great install. Took less than 7 hours and the install group was very courteous. Kendall does stop by throughout the day to make sure everything is going well and he helps by filling out all rebate paperwork.

Kendall responded quickly to our request and any further questions we had. He was always on top of everything and coordinated the installation and followed up. The whole team is very professional and helpful.

Kendall responded quickly to my request for a swamp cooler replacement with a detailed quote that included upgrades: a barometric damper and green machine pan-flusher pump. The primary plan and installation went well but final details surprised me. The new, fully automatic thermistat doesn't allow manual control, (i.e: I can't choose to run the cooler at low speed with water on)- a downgrade to what I had. New thermostat was 1/2 size of the old one which coverd a double electric box- so the installers just centered it leaving 1/2-in wide gapers on both sides! T.G. I was there to catch that!

Product was delivered as ordered on time. Completed same day. Employees were courteous and respectful. There were no surprises in extra costs.

He made sure we understood everything that needed to be done, and how much we could expect to pay, We obtained estimates from 4 other businesses and none of the others offered a 10-year warranty on workmanship. This was the selling point for us. Cooper Climate Control put our minds at ease knowing we could count on them after the completion of the project.
