Reviews
Write a ReviewDid a great job! Fast and easy to work with.
Thank you!
Steven Cooper recommended the air conditioning unit in 2021 that I should purchase for installation, a GE 5,000 BTU for a small bedroom. He kept the scheduled appointment to install the unit and failed to use a safety bracket to stabilize the unit in the window. When the unit needed repair a year after purchase I requested that he do the removal of the malfunctioning unit. He failed to keep the original appointment for removal and failed to respond to my messages forcing me to seek out the removal of the unit by another business. Without the safety bracket, the unit fell five stories to the ground. He also used aluminum tape to cover gaps between the bottom of the unit and the window sill. I am sorry to have to leave this review I really like Mr. Cooper, by lucky chance no one or property was Injured when the unit fell.
Please do not be misled by disgruntled customers, the above statement by Celeste P. is completely untrue and false, we missed an appointment with the above customer due to a high volume summer and that is all, also please believe that if an air conditioner fell five stories from a window Cooper Cooling & Heating Inc. would be sued immediately!!! we have General Liability Insurance along with Workers Compensation and most times if not all the time these documents must be provided, also all claims and lawsuit judgments are available to view by the public and no such documents exist for our company. Thank you!
Steven, the technician, was excellent. My A.C. was not cooling my apartment due a leak. He recharged it, and thoroughly cleaned all of the vents. What a gentleman! It's hard to find competent service people these days. I give him an A+
Thank you!
Thank you ver much for your help. James, technician, was very punctual, professional, and neat. He changed our PTAC Unit. Steven, the owner, was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable about the subject. In general, excellent service. Thank you!

Good , efficient install
Thank you!
Cooper Cooling & Heating is just the business you want for long-term service. Owner/master technician, Steven Cooper, is thoughtful and conscientious with his work. He installed two Nest thermostats in my home, and he went above what was required to clean out the heating units and to ensure I understood the workings of the units. He was attentive to cleanliness and to leaving no trace of his superb work. Very fair price and very professional
Thank you for the kind words!
Responsive, fair price, good customer service
Thanks again!
