Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
Cooper Exteriors LLC are the owners of a home I have been in the process of purchasing over the last week. The home was a flip property that they purchased and fully renovated for resale. After going back and forth with counter offers there was finally a counter offer sent to me that i agreed on, accepted, and signed. After processing my loan details and signing closing paperwork Cooper Exteriors received another offer from a third party slightly higher than mine. Regardless to the fact that we were finalizing paperwork, they decided to back out and stop communications with me choosing to sell it to the other party. I was already fully committed to this property and have signed legal documents stating so. Cooper exteriors are shady and do not stick to their word. They are a very unethical company and can not be trusted. If you see a home for sale by them, do yourself a favor and keep looking. Its not worth your time and money wasted. They only care about money, not doing a good job.
