The roof is leaking worse than it did before I had it replaced and as result, everything I installed new is ruined.

Paid $1600 down payment, July 23, 2021., for sheathing replacement and vinyl siding repair. Cooper was to furnish the sheathing and I was furnishing the siding. The work was to commence on August 2, 2021. Nothing has been done except issuing excuses and false appearance dates. Last, I never received a copy of the contract which was to be mailed to me.

Approval in May for asphalt roof repair. Check cleared on June 3rd. By July 23rd the only work completed was half of the roofing tiles were torn off and strewn all over the property. One excuse after another as to why he could not complete the job in a timely manner. Not one new shingle was ever put on the roof. We lost patience after so many delays, excuses, and almost two months. We asked him not to return. Very irresponsible way to run a business.

Terrrible, he did not show up several times as promised, Kept telling us he would be over as soon as he finished another job on several occasions and then never showed up and we canceled plans to wait for him. I took off of work and waited for him to show up when he informed me that he would be here that morning and he did not show up nor did he communicate as to why on that date until the day was over. When we told him we wanted the money back that we had paid for in advance for supplies as we were going with someone else he threatened us that if we used one of his subcontractors he would sue us and them. that since we approved the estimate and agreed on Angis to have him do it that it was a legal binding contract. We informed him that he had violated the contract by not showing up and that if he did not do come and complete the project by the next day that we would be calling our attorneys. At which point he finally showed up in 20 minutes at 8:00 pm started and finished the job. Unprofessional.

Stephen was very nice, but it took a lot longer to get the job done than he initially promised. Additionally, the workmanship was questionable. He left debris in my neighborss yard and did not really think through the usability of the work he did for me. He did what I asked, but I did not think to ask for the latch to be inside the gate. He put the latch on the outside which means that I have to walk around the outside of my fence into my neighbors yard to open it. I was trying to improve the security of my home, but giving my neighbor access to my yard but not vice versa is not really serving that purpose. Overall though, he got the job I hated him to do, done, and that is more than I can say for any other pro I have hired through Angi.

Was a small job, installing a large patio blind for my deck. It was done fast at a fair price, just a day after I contacted them. I appreciate that they were willing to do such a small job so fast. Other local handymen passed on it.
