Washing machine stopped spinning. It is an old model. Tech came diagnosed the problem and was very professional about it. Machine couldn't be fixed as the parts were discontinued. Still had to pay a service fee which is normal for any business that makes house calls. Fee was reasonable and the technician was very professional and polite. Would recommend this business to anyone who needs a repair.

We had a serious problem with our LG refrigerator, and cooper was recommended by LG. They were responsive, arrived on time, and diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator. In addition, they were very pleasant and endeared themselves to me by helping me remove and put back the food in my refrigerator and freezer. That was over and above what I expect!
