Palmetto Home of the Carolinas LLC

Excellent service. This company was recommended by Duke energy for installing efficient windows. They gave me a very reasonable price to replace five windows in my home. Nicole answered all my questions and even helped adjust the price a little bit that was fitting for my budget. She was very patient, kind, and personable. Communication was excellent, they kept me updated on when the windows were ordered and the estimated time of delivery. They were able to start the installation process after just one month of ordering the windows. The installers, Tom and Michael were very professional, very respectful, they kept the work area clean, they kept us updated on the process and worked around our schedule. They scheduled the installation earlier in order to fit our convenience. The quality of the windows is great, considering the price and the quality, I would use this company again over Anderson or Pella which I overpaid for in the past. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

This company is top notch from top to bottom. Our sales associate Nicole was super. If you are a Veteran and can use the HISA program, Nicole knows the ins and outs of this program. Adrian our installer was such a super nice guy. His work is impeccable. He took his time and worked magic in our bathroom. He involved us in the decisions on where we wanted things put in the shower. I personally can’t say enough great things about this company from start to finish. Thank you.

Palmetto Home of the Carolinas do so much more than baths! A local company that succeeds in customer service, exceeds customer expectations, and proceeds with a professionalism of excellence! I will recommend to everyone I know!

Making the decision to hire Palmetto Home of the Carolinas LLC was the right choice for our bathroom remodel from beginning to end. Our initial appointment was made quickly. The representative was knowledgeable in assisting us with making informed decisions based on our project needs. He explained our options and never pressured us into decisions. We were well informed on how long our order would take and the timeline of when the construction would begin. The timelines we were given from order to construction completion went just as we were informed. The installers Dane and Will were phenomenal!!!! The work they do looks good and is well constructed. They did an exceptional job taking care of our home during our project. The management and construction team gave us regular updates and were available to answer our questions promptly. Customer service, pricing, quality of materials and craftsmanship of our installers was amazing. We highly recommend this company for your bath remodel.

From the initial meeting to coordinating phone calls to the installation and follow-up, everything was very smooth and exceeded our expectations. Our installers, Thomas and Mike, were very professional and courteous and they did an outstanding job with the installation. We area already recommending Palmetto to our friends and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

My wife and I were both extremely satisfied with the remodel from start to finished. The planning and estimation process was both timely and reasonable. The installer was knowledgeable and most of all very detail oriented. The caulk lines were smooth and even, the miter cuts on the floor trim had no gaps. He truly cared about his craft. We would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely call them again for our next project when needed.

We love our new windows from Palmetto Bath and Home. They are vinyl, but with a wood grain look that matches our existing stained trim. The installers were friendly and thorough. We feel we got a great deal!

Palmetto bath and home did a fantastic job installing four new windows for me at my house! They were a pleasure to deal with from the salesperson to the management people. Thomas who installed my windows did a fantastic top-notch job! It was all done in an affordable price. I could not be happier with my window installation!Thank you very much to Palmetto Bath and Home!

Fantastic company to deal with from the installation to the sale of their services and product.

Very impressed with the overall organization, communication, and customer service this company provides. The end product of my bathroom remodel is even better than I expected. I would absolutely work with Palmetto Home again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Dane was efficient and pleasant and his work is spectacular. We are so thrilled with the finished product. Also, Will was extremely productive and kind and caring for our needs. We would certainly hire them again for any project.

These guys were great. Nice people all the way during the project. Did a great install and clean up nicely afterwards. Fast on time from ordering to install.

I consulted with 3 different Professional remodelers. I was initially torn between 2. Communication and value was a my deciding factor. From the intial design consultation by Nicole Gazeta to the completion of the project by Devin there was consistent communication. The renovation was incredibly neat. All debris and trash was hauled off every day. The floor was vacumed every day after work and everything left immaculate. Each step was a collaboration. This company really wants to provide exceptional quality and service. Thank you Gary for your continued commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Our installer (Micah) was par excellent! He explained what he was doing and why. He was on time, worked independently, kept us in the loop and cleaned up after himself. A pleasure to have him complete the job!

Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Installers were very professional and explained everything to us throughout the process. They did a good job of cleaning up and left the bathroom and house in great shape. The walk- in tub is working as promised with all the bells and whistles and we are enjoying it.

Contractor was competent and knowledgeable about the work being done. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and not minimaly. He respected our time needs, our home, and pets. He confirmed our height and location wishes for all accessories: bench, shelves, bars, etc. He cleaned up his area at the end of each day and completed the project earlier than projected. We would recommend Anthony very highly. Thank you.

We had our bathroom modification completed by Palmetto Bath and Home. We went from a tub to a custom 32x72 inch shower and while still waiting for the sliding glass shower door to arrive and be installed by the glass company used for our project we couldn’t be happier with the outcome thus far. Mason Chapman of Palmetto arrived at our home on the time scheduled for us to describe what we were looking for and to prepare a design and a fair and affordable estimate for the job. After evaluating other contractors, we accepted Mason’s design and quote. The crews used by Palmetto for the job were also on time each and every day of the demolition and install. Dane Easton was the primary subcontractor used by Palmetto Bath for our shower install and he was exceptional! Dane proved a hard-working and dedicated craftsman, a man of integrity and an outstanding human being who was meticulous and took pride in his work while taking the time and effort to explain each and every step.

I highly recommend this company if you have a remodeling job. Efficient, communicative and reasonable prices with great customer service.

They were timely and finished new windows with all details taken care to be done right. They worked like a well oiled machine. They are now replacing a front door and a porch door. I never let go off a good thing.

Dane was very knowledgeable and polite and respected the house and work area..above and beyond service..highly recommend

Work was done well and everything came out great!

Palmetto Bath did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom! They were professional, worked quickly, and did a great job cleaning up each day. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Palmetto had many panels to choose from for the shower. Palmetto added a molding about a 1/2 foot down from the ceiling finishing it off beautifully. I love my new bath.

I went with Palmetto Home because they were up front and honest with me. For two years I had been asking bathroom remodelers what the ballpark price would be ($5K, $50K, $500K?). Palmetto was the first people that answered the question. They told me "if you need A, it will cost $X. If you nerd B, it will cost $Y." They are confident enough in their product and service to give ballpark estimates. Everyone we dealt with was professional. They came to the house, measured out the bathroom, went through our options, and worked with us on price. When it came to the actual installation, Dane and Will showed up and took care of everything: installation, clean up, and making sure we were happy with the results. We have two more bathrooms in the house, and when the budget allows, Palmetto will be our first call.

Troy did a great job with the remodel. The vanity looks incredible and the shower is awesome. Really love the tiling material they used. Very satisfied with the work, thank you guys.
