I received urgent request from City of Kyle to have a fallen tree on neighbor's roof removed. Received a call from CTS asking for a description of the broken tree and emailed a picture. Received a call back," YES, we can remove this tree" and schedule an agreeable time . I needed help! The C.T.S. team arrived and safely removed the tree from my neighbor's roof. They were my friend . C.T.S. are Professionals. They work together as a team. The tree dismantling is performed by using specialized industrial equipment to lower sections of the tree safely to the ground . Impressive Cleanup and removed from property. My neighbor was pleased. I have a scheduled return visit to take care of my tree issues . I am very pleased with the C.T.S Team . Their work exceeded my expectations. Pricing. A detailed explanation of the work, cost.. with questions answered. Final bill was accurate and no surprises. Whether an Urgent action need or cleanup maintenance I use and will continue to use the C.T.S. Team .

Cooper and his team know everything needed to get the job done and I’ll be hiring them every year to maintain our trees now.

They did an excellent job on low branches and clean up afterwards. They were not able to get the dead branches high up in the tree.

They showed up when they said they'd be here, the work was done professionally and with great care for our property. We went as far as to ask them to come back twice a year to care for our oak trees. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Was on time and very nice on the initial visit. Told him we would be out of town for a week and he said he would do the job last Tuesday and after we returned and okayed the job he had done I could pay him. I agreed . Never heard a word from him after that. When we returned I emailed him and told him that I would find someone else. That was yesterday and still have not heard anything from him.

very satisfied...great work/great price...they cut out alot of dead limbs..up to 20 inch diameter and painted all from the ground. three approx 300 year old live oak trees....thank yall!!
