Exceptional service from start to finish! The team was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. The air quality in my home has improved significantly. Highly recommend their services if you're looking for top-notch air duct cleaning!

I hired Ken to clean and sanitize the carpets and air ducts in our home. He was quick to call in once I made the request on Angi to schedule the service. He was early for his appointment. He claimed he would use drop clothes and clean up the debris from the duct cleaning. Every room that did not have carpet was filled with the debris where the ducts were cleaned. Ken claimed our job would be a half-day project, but in less than 2 hours was asking for payment and ran out the door. Ken does have professional equipment but his urgency to leave in a rush before I could take a look and see what was left behind makes me regret hiring Coops Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning.

Coop did our project today! He was so kind, he was straightforward with estimate and expectations of outcome. He was about to work a miracle on the carpet he cleaned. Would give 10 stars if I could. Coop was very personal, prompt and genuine. We had our bonus room which is the only carpet we have steamed and sanitized. It had old pet stains, dark spots and just that old carpet smell. After they were done, it was like a new. It smells so fresh and we can enjoy that space more now. They moved some light furniture also which was nice. He was very respectful of our home and safety during the process. It only took about 30 min to complete. He also noticed we had mold on our air vents and reviewed additional services to take care of it. The estimate he provided was a good price and we will book the air duct cleaning/ sanitizing service soon. He encouraged me to shop around for estimates also which shows he wasnâ t trying to sell himself. I highly suggest using this company.
