Overall, a good experience with Coop's Enterprise. I'll hire them again. My gutters had been seriously clogged so they couldn't handle even a moderate rain. Coop's came just a few days before heavy rain (5 inches yesterday), and the gutters did just fine. Sitting on my porch watching the heavy rain, I was so glad they had come and had done a good job. Coop's crew worked efficiently, finishing the job in less time than I'd expected, yet they did good work. The only negative is that they were behind schedule when they finally arrived at my house quite a bit later than I'd been led to expect.

They did do a good job and left the area they worked in clean. They seemed to need a better trailer to carry the material away. He drove a HUGE you-haul with a small trailer attached. I have no information to go by, but his price did seem a bit high for the area he cleaned.

The owner was very customer service oriented. I really needed the job done earlier than what his current schedule permitted and he was able to work me in. The price was one of the lowest and the job couldn't have been done any better. When they were done he made sure I didn't have any area's in question.

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
I was led to believe that he had men who were knowledgeable about tree/bush pruning. In talking with one of the men, I found out that he did not work with Coop's Enterprise on a regular basis. It appears he was picked up as a "hired" hand for the day. The back bushes were trimmed to my satisfaction, but the front ones were not. Also, he quoted me a price on the phone without coming to look at what I needed done. (This was a new experience for me since most companies come out to see what you have before quoting you a price.) Since some of my bushes were taller than I stated on the phone, the price went from $149.00 to $279.00.

"I went to the job site and assessed the job. It was a little bit more than what was quoted over the phone. When I got on the job we did extra trees and bushes so the price had changed. Sorry that Ms. Jane had a problem with the price. I wish she had mentions the extra trees and bushes she wanted cut. I hope in the near future we can come on better terms and I hope she has a good day."

Was not notified his power washing was not self contained. He used our water without letting us know. He did however return some money to us for the use of our water. His crew were VERY unprofessional both in language and dirty appearance. He left the job site leaving these men to stand around, smoke, throw the butts on the lawn along with empty cigarette packages in the shrubs. When verbal yelling occurred on the roof of one man threating to shoot the power washer in the face of another man, I called Mr. Cooper and asked he return to the house and manage his crew. Mr. Cooper should have never left this site and his men unsupervised.

Adequately cleaned gutters. But, left a mess for me to clean up afterwards. Total time for the job was less than 30 minutes. Bottom line, you get what you pay for when it comes to service.

Hired Coop's Enterprise to remove old furnace from crawlspace. 1800GOTJUNK turned down this job, and Coop's was able to get it done. Coop also did the work on short notice. Very satisfied.

Got a call back very fast, Victor was very attentive to my needs. Had a large Spring clean up. Pretty much satisfied with the job. Power washed my 2 story house, 2 decks, all looking very good. I believe the men worked pretty hard. I would recommend this company to family & friends.

This business called me within minutes of my matches from HomeAdvisor. I liked the way he did his fact-finding to understand exactly what I needed done since there is no accurate description listed in the options for the kind of job I wanted done. He immediately offered to come out and do a free estimate and we negotiated on the pricing. By the end of the week the job was done. That was in less than a week's time. Mr. Cooper is very professional, prompt, and easy to do business with. I will be using him for my future projects.

Crew showed up at scheduled time and work was performed in a timely manner. Yard cleanup was well done--I was impressed with how clean the yard was, considering the volume of pine needles and leaves to remove. Only downside was that when crew was finished at end of day, they had no transportation, so they waited inside for about 2 hours before being picked up--But the crew was polite. The price charged was reasonable. Overall, I would feel very comfortable using Coop's Enterprise again, and will recommend Coop's to others.

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
Victor was readily available to give me an estimate over the phone, then come out the day called for a quote after I had prepared the deck, fence, house and driveway to be pressure washed and fence/deck to be stained. Victor and his crew gave me a great value for the work completed. He even touched up the spots of mold missed on the first time spray washing to meet my complete satisfaction. And lastly, I have to say that I am a tough 5 rater.
