Please do not hire this company. They have no follow-through and do not know how to communicate with their customers.

"Per Sierra. The job has been verified as completed. We have tried getting our payment as agreed upon by both parties on the day the job was completed and verified. The client has a verified job. and has yet to pay. I will be filing in court tomorrow morning. Do not work for this client. Renter is rude. Turns off all lights so the job cannot be seen. Slams the door on my employee."

UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE! I hired Cope to do a landscape project and initially felt good about the bid and service. With a promise of completion within a few weeks of the projects finish date, I paid the balance in full + bonus. The project is not yet completed. So many unreturned calls, texts, and emails. If you were lucky enough to reach Jimmie, there was always an excuse. Read the other reviews...

"Having been diagnosed with serious medical issues and having surgery is not an excuse. Do not bid or accept jobs from Vicki. Client will offer you items from within house. That belongs to clients sister. Tried giving away a Xbox from within her sisters home."

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Contracted with Jimmie for a landscaping re-do, shrubbery trim, removal, weed barrier, bark dust and gravel. During a 2 month period, per the contract we paid him 85 percent of the cost for materials and labor. He actually completed next to nothing. Lots of assurances, incept commitments and endless excuses. VERY poor business ethics and less personal integrity. After 2 months he became totally unresponsive to our phone calls. Jimmie is a con man and to be polite, dishonest.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job getting control over my overgrown yard. They are very personable and easy to talk to. Hard working team. Gave us some good ideas to add to yard to help keep weeds to minimum.

We contacted Cope for a cleanup job at our 2nd home. We donâ t live in the area, but they were very communicative, sent before and after pictures and video, and did a great job. We also have contracted them for ongoing lawn care and we are very satisfied with their work and ongoing communication.

They are very detailed.They preformed weed control in my gravel areas. They mowed and willing to listen and change direction when I decided I wanted to go a different route with my lawn. They treat you with a lot of respect and are trustworthy and very professional at what they do.

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
They are very professional, detailed, dependable and very fair priced. I am disabled and am no longer able to keep up my 3/4 acre yard, so they do it for me. Mowing, weeding flower beds, weed control in gravel areas, tree and shrub trimming, etc. They do it all. They are also very trustworthy and treat you like family.
