hot water heater leaked and did not work next morning. to brains credit he came out at night and fixed and crossed out labor because this was UNACCEPTABLE. hot water heater still in my yard 3 months later. had to get on roof in thunder storm because door leaked because they did not seal top of door when the put up siding. came out next morning to put up fascia in back and not only is it not snapped into top of siding it looks like they used a butter knife and it was put up dirty. did not see for 2.5 weeks because he said he is waiting for windows. he showed up unannounced on a sat saying he is going to finish today. days earlier he said not to let anyone take tools in my garage because he needed them for a deck job. windows were wrong size after waiting a month but he would make windows in garage "work" left while I was gone after only couple hours work leaving fascia in front half done and windows in garage that were "measured" looking like hell. I texted him and asked were he went. he said he had to return windows. all 4 had to return windows? tools were gone. he didn't leave me to go do the deck job? gave him $4,000 extra to pay his men, even though I gave him$7,000 to start job and deal was for half to start the rest when finished. haven't seen him since. first excuse was cant get my emails because computer was stolen then cant do job because tools were stolen then I asked him where he was and he said he was sick and would be out next week. then 2 week later I send him a email asking what was the status and he said a friend of his shot him self and he would be out next week to "end this". End this like I was harassing him, only contacted him 3 time in six weeks. six weeks since he said he would finish today. in mean time siding blew off, power meter crooked and mounted so bad electrician said national grid would shut me down if they saw this. showed brian a picture of it, crooked and with brakets spanning 2 panels instead of in middle and he wouldn't admit it was done wrong even though he said they did such bad work he fired them all. I wish I could include pictures. wood on top of cinder blocks in garage exposed to the weather because they did not put siding down low enough to cover it I will have to finish work that I paid for because I cant trust the work I received deal was for $13,280 half down and half at completion. like a idiot I gave him $4,000 because he said he nneded to pay his men. that $11,000 and I figure at the most is got $10,000 part and labor because I cancelled the windows and gutters. he is not showing up because he got my money and he is out working on paying jobs. if he was as honest as he said he would update his bill with the new labor and part and give me back the difference. if I owed him money he would be at my doorstep, but like a idiot I gave him money when I should have waited for job completion I guess this was ACCEPTABLE lets see him deny any of this

Copeland Construction did a first rate job when installing our fence. They kept in touch with texts on progress and valued my time as well as theirs. Very professional and quality of work is very good.

Brian is mainly my motorcycle Mechanic. I have exchanged money for his services many times and want to express to others my experience with him. Brian is very careful with my cycle, will work with me and my schedule at my home and sometimes at his home. He works very carefully showing respect for my property, he works cleanly, and makes sure everything is correct. Brian then provides open communications where he explains everything he found, what to look for in the future, and verifies that I am happy with the work done. He works with the customers best interests in mind, and has always provided me with good and fair pricing. I realize that this is not a Hire a Handyman rating/review, but I want others to know that he has this skill, which may be useful for maintenance or repairs on bicycles, lawn mowers, snow blowers and any type of powered or mechanical yard equipment. If his Handyman Service work ethics are like his Mechanic business ethics, I believe that you will be very pleased.

Really good worker. Wants to get job done. Very dependable.
