I can't say enough about how prompt and thorough they were in taking care of my repair. From start to finish, they explained everything simply and to the point which I greatly appreciated. The price was more than fair and saved me a significant amount of money over what I was quoted by another company and It was by no means an inexpensive repair. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

My heat went out 2 days before Thanksgiving! I called Copeland (through Homeadvisor) and they had my heat on within 4 hours of the initial phone call! The best part is it didn't cost me some astronomical price! David explained exactly what was wrong & promptly repaired it. I would definitely call them for any subsequent HVAC needs!
