I was really disappointed with their work and I would not recommend them!

Worth every penny

***Buyer beware*** This was the worst experience of my entire life.This terrible company can NOT use Covid-19 as an excuse. They lack professionalism, skill , experience and quite frankly common sense. After wrongly measuring the bathroom twice they delivered the wrong glass twice. The installer brings his ex-wife as his helper she makes it her buisness to let me know this is his FIRST install. I was asked to assist him to carry MY OWN 8 ft glass up THEN down the stairs cause the measurements where wrong. 10 days later they bring what is assumed to be the correct glass but lack the knowledge on how to install the glass ?due to space in the bathroom?. I was asked to come up with any ideas to help and let them know i don?t install glass for a living. After scraping my ceiling and several attempts they asked if they could come back the following day cause the ceiling needed to be cut to position the glass. Claudette who seems to be the owner of the company and also the person I paid , Calls me and tells me the helper the installer had wouldn?t be available the next day and if I wanted it done I would NEED to help him. I DECLINED for obvious reasons that are not so obvious to Claudette. She in return does not show up nor does she call or text the next morning as previously scheduled. This was the 3rd time she did this in the 3 months this took to install. The other 2 times was for a funeral then immediately after ?much needed girls trip?. I called her and we argued about her professionalism & was told ?you just want to sit around and expect things to get done?. Appalled I requested for my glass door to be delivered and I would find someone else. Claudette tells me she will drop it off next week when she gets a chance. I let her know I would be writing a review and she laughed and said she would have it deleted .The GLASS door and panel was dropped to my doorstep like a newspaper. She then text me and sends me a video of it. It is the middle of November and windy and I am also out of town till the end of the week. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, FRUSTRATION, MONEY & time! Unless you like arguing with people you are paying or would like to be an apprentice and pick up a glass install trade.

Claudette the customer service representative I spoke to was very very helpful. They did the work in a timely manner for a excellent price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service and value for dollar were excellent! Installation seems good but haven t had good testing yet. Only issue was poor clean-up of work site, left debris.

Had a problem with the shower door. They would not come back to check out the problem or respond to my messages.

Claudette was a pleasure to work with! It did take longer than initially expected but that was due to the time of the install because it was around the holiday time. However, Claudette always kept me in the loop. And the pricing was better than the three other quotes that I had received. I would definitely recommend!
