The rain was coming in down the metal chimney. He repaired the rain deflector and seals.

I actually hired them to repair my roof. I needed them to come out and repair before a rain storm heading our way They gave an acceptable quote and they sent a very knowledgeable man the next day. They even cleaned up the old shingles. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Initially they said the job would not be able to be accomplished for 3 days, but when I explained my concern of impending stormy weather in 2 days he was able to have a worker on my roof the next morning with repairs completed in minimal time. No leaks during the preceeding days rain earned them a BONUS $$ on top of quote.

The owner came out as schdueled and gave an intelligent explanation to me in my husband's absence of our roofing leak. HOwever it was raining when he came, so his explanation was more theory than fact as he never went up on the roof.The repair was done in a timely manner for the estimate given. However it did not do the job and the roof leaked when the next hard rain came. They came out the sme day and did go out on the roof to discover a part of the roof was missing a shingle and exposing barewood. (Contractor who did go up cited" hail damage" and did not find this). HE patched this up in short order-- now for the next rain.

They came out to write an estimate and we agreed on the price and they did the work. I am very pleased with the results. I'm glad that I found ServiceMagic. Thanks

Jim was very professional. He explained what was the actual problem and how to resolve it. As he promised, he sent his guy the next day and he did a great job. I will recommend him and will use for future projects.

They were excellent to work with. We had a leak that we noticed over the weekend, and when we called them they answered very promptly. (Many other businesses were closed.) We had someone out at the house within the hour, and the job was completed quickly at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again in the future!
