"Good Morning Jerry, We would be pleased to pick up the new fan purchased for your home and reimburse you for the fan. Under no circumstances will we install an existing fan in the manner that is unsafe or improper to Manufacturers requirements. I am sorry your install did not go as expected. In an effort to maintain a high standard of quality we cannot install existing fixtures or fans in a substandard manner. We are pleased to install the new fan purchased as originally intended.
