I hired Copper Works because they were the only full service gutter company that also specialized in full service roofing. They replaced my entire gutter system and repaired some sections of my roof at the same time. Overall I was very pleased with their work. Everyone involved on this project was friendly and helpful, especially Eric and Matt. I have a large house so it took their 4 man crew 2 1/2 days to complete the job. But the wait was worth it. A day after completion, we had a extreme rain storm. My gutters held up magnificently. I'm glad went with 3"x4" downspouts and 6" gutters. Plus, I had no rain leakage from the roof area they replaced. I will definitely call Copper Works in the next 2-3 years when the time arrives to replace my house's entire roof.

They provided options on the quote which was nice to see, and once they determined an install date, it happened quickly without any issues.

I had just put in for and estimate for gutter repair, logged off the computer and received a call. The estimate was given in a timely manner. I like the I was given a choice of 2 sizes for the gutters. The crew showed up on time and the work was done in 1 day as I asked. They cleaned up all the mess. I was so impressed I got gutter guards weeks later. I can not say enough positive things about Eric, Lauren and Mac. This company is exceptional.

The installation went very smoothly. It was a bit complicated because of the adjoining tin roof. They tailored the wood supporting pieces to make a perfect fit. It looks great.

Eric and team did a very nice job on my house. I had some rotted facia and soffit, they repaired all the wood, wrapped the facia in aluminum, and replaced all of the gutters and downspouts.

Customer service was good - received a call back for an estimate, came on time and was professions, installation process when smoothly & they cleaned up after themselves. Had a minor issue on an outbuilding I wanted included, but it was not included the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Pleased with the job.

Work was completed quickly and correctly. Price was reasonable, but probably not the best you could find. Quality work made the price ultimately worth it.

Promt follow-up, easy to work with and provided a number of options to meet my needs. If I had more gutters to cover, Copper Works would be my first call.

I've had the opportunity to deal with a lot of contractors in the last few months as I moved out of one home and into another. By far, Copper Works provided the best customer service experience. They responded quickly and showed up when they said they would. The did an excellent job and even fixed something that wasn't part of the scope at no charge. I would most definitely recommend them to a friend.
