I had Casey Replace a roof mounted attic fan motor that was toast. Luckily, he had an opening at 7 am the next day. He installed a new motor that I already had on hand. He is very professional in his craft, efficient, ethical, and a pleasant personable fellow, - who tries hard to please his customers (and succeeds). He did a good & timely Job for me, his rates are reasonable, and I will use him again when the need arises. I would recommend Casey ('Copperhead Electric') to others.

I was not expecting phone calls at 10 p.m. You should have options on your form to set hours for phone calls. It took me off guard, so I went with the first phone call without getting a chance to get other bids. The electrician was very nice, had to do some detective work to try to figure out why a breaker kept blowing when we turned on the water feature. He replaced the breaker with a higher "commercial" breaker and also installed a new outlet for us. As it turns out, the breaker continued to "blow" and we ended up replacing the pump on the water feature. Things are working well now. Boxes/doors were left open after he left, so that would be why I did not rate at a 5.
