On the two occasions he rescheduled he called me the day before to let me know. His efficiency doing rough-in work and doing finish work surprised me. Jeff Lowe came in and found the problem is 5 minutes. He had the necessary parts on his truck which saved both of us time and money. Jeff saw the problem once the cover plate was removed. He showed the cause of the water leak which was obvious to even me but was not noticed by two other technicians. This could have lead to a longer stay on the job and maybe an unnecessary repair. The bottom line is that Jeff Lowe of Copperline was an excellant choice and I want to thank Service Magic for their part in this problem being resolved. Thanks to you all. I tried to deal with about a dozen plumbers and found 80% of them to be irresponsible. I don't know how a trade can get away with it and still stay in business. Anyway Jeff scored a lot of points with us. He returned my phone calls, showed up in a snow storm to quote the job, showed up on time to work on the job, worked well with my contractor, did a great job that passed inspection the first time, and gave me the best price out of everyone who quoted.

Jeff responded within 1 hour of my "emergency" call (had gas leak). He did a great job and dealt with the gas company workers and the town inspector. I would not hesitate to call him again when needed, and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Jeff came to my house; gave me an estimate; sent me a written estimate; arrived at the exact time he said he would; did what he said he would; and charged me the amount of the estimate. I would use his service again and recommend him.

Jeff got back to me immediately when I requested an estimate, and came out to give it within the week, at a time that was convenient for us. He gave us a great estimate on the spot, which was much nicer than waiting days for a figure. He was able to complete the project the very next week on the specific day we were available.

I highly recommend Jeff. I look for integrity and skill in a contractor and he has both. When piping was not needed for a section of the wall, Jeff not only reimbursed me for the piping, he also reimbursed me for labor, which had been estimated in the total bill. He's there when he says he's going to be, he returns calls, and his estimates are fair.

Jeff responded within the day and not only fixed our hot water heater problem but was able to identify the problem we were having with our boiler which was electrical. Found him to be efficient as well as reliable!

The owner, Jeff Lowe, installed a vent-free, natural gas log burner in our existing wood burning fireplace. He called quickly. Gave a telephone quote. He showed up on time and did a problem-free installation which included running a new gas line from the basement up through the cleanout and into the existing firebox. He took time to explain operations of the unit. I would use Jeff's services again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Did not provide for job completion as agreed upon. Took metal/copper piping away and left heavy sink on basement floor for me to dispose of without telling me.

It's so nice to have someone you can depend on to do a job well. He did a great job installing two toilets. I didn't have to clean up after the installation. He completed the job in a nice, timely manner. I plan on having him do some other projects iin the future. He was prepared for the job, so he didn't waste time having to go out and buy other material for the project.
