I hired this company in 2023 to install 8 cameras. To this day, only 2 even respond?and they?re not programmed correctly. The installation was sloppy, unsafe, and full of violations. The owner, Ildar, refuses to take any responsibility, ignores all concerns, and has zero interest in fixing his mistakes. I even paid for a professional site survey from another company, which clearly outlined what needed to be corrected: 1. Add surge protectors on the NVR and the switch in the sauna. 2. Replace the PTZ camera with 2 fixed lens cameras (or at least upgrade to higher gauge wiring). 3. Re-run cables at least 1 ft away from power lines to prevent interference. 4. Add new cable for an additional camera. 5. Install backyard cameras in a proper criss-cross setup. 6. Update firmware to the latest version and reprogram all cameras. 7. Activate microphones and post required ?Audio & Video Recording? notices. 8. Enable WDR and adjust motion sensitivities. 9. Rewire the PTZ camera inside t
