I reached out to Coras Cleaning back in December to line up this project. After several conversations we set the work to be done today, Monday, April 15 at 9:00am. At about 9:15, when they had not shown up yet, I got a bit concerned as she knew how important this job was and that I had taken off the day from work to be here. At 9:30, I had texted again. I finally got a text from her, not a call, and she just stated that - no one would be there today. No communication whatsoever. I would never think about recommending this company. They have cost me.

"I informed the customer that I was on vacation and yes he contact me back in December and keep putting the job off I never got to give him a quote on the job when he contact me I informed him that I wouldn?t be back to work until Thursday evening but he didn?t understand me when I told him I can?t do it sorry this is my anniversary of 8 years of supporting the person that I love I always take care of my customer before I take off and thanks for being a loyal customer to all of my clients"
