One week after performing a service on my HVAC, I called them back because the unit had stopped working. They could not get it running again and told me that it was probably struck by lightening, when in fact the drain was clogged and a float sensor had turned the unit off to prevent water damage. Another company found the problem right away, cleared the blockage and started the unit again. The Corbbit techs did not have enough experience with my type of system. (TRANE).

They were professional, moved stuff around for me so they could get to my old AC unit. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Very, very nice!!

Excellent customer service, highly intelligible, and works very quickly. will be using for all heating and cooling needs.

They came out to trouble shoot my a/c, but never came back to actually recharge the system.

Mr. Corbett spotted the problem right away and fixed it with a part from his truck in just a few minutes, without even charging me for the part. (I believe it was a salvaged part-which he could have charged me for and I would have been happy to pay.) I am EXTREEMLY pleased with his professionalism, efficiency, and pleasant manner. I will be calling his company for my future needs.

Jason and his employees were prompt, efficient and got the job done. Jason was very fair on his prices too! We'd been without air at the earliest part of the sping season that started here in Valdosta. Jason gave us a quote on Friday, helped us with payment options, and did a new install on the following Monday. We are so pleased to have working air. Jason presented me with a written estimate that was much less than the other estimate I got. After I decided on Corbitt, I had my new A/C within four days. We are very pleased with Corbitt, and would use them again.

Felt good about the install in the beginning but the air exchange in our attic has a constant hum. Installed came out to check and at first said could not hear hum. After he got ladder and went into attic came back down and said hum was normal and caused by an energized board that was energized at all times. I contacted ICS the mfg of unit and was told there should not be any sound from the unit. Later mfg rep said had made contact with installer and was told by installer that he did not hear sound??? Wish this and another thing or two had not happened. Unit works good and I got a hum free.

He was in the area and came a day early prior to the installation of the a/c. Spoke with him. From this point on, he is "my go to guy".

I was looking for someone to replace my AC unit and I started on this website. Jason from Corbitt contacted me and we spoke over the phone and via e-mail. I had Waller Heating and Air come out and give a quote as well and Jason was a lot cheaper, answered all my question, and had a better warranty so I went with him. Jason showed up on time and had my AC installed before lunch. He ran the AC while he went to get some pipe for my furnace and my 2,300 sqft house was cold in minutes! When he returned he completed some final adjustments, cleaned up inside and out, and asked if I was happy (which I was extremely). Hands down the best AC company to use in Valdosta. My house is ready for the summer!
