Cordes Plumbing came out to my house on a Saturday (at no extra charge) to replace my garbage disposal and clear my clogged kitchen sink. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job. After the disposal was replaced and the clog cleared, the plumber was testing the sink out to make sure everything was in working order and discovered my sprayer line also had a leak. He checked the shop to see if they had one and when he learned that they didn't, he volunteered to go to the hardware store & purchased one for me. He came back and installed the new sprayer, but then we discovered that my 10 old faucet was also leaking. We decided that I would purchase a new faucet and Cordes Plumbing could come out on Monday to replace that for me as well. I was able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon while the plumber was still at my house. The technician spent almost 3 hours working on my disposal, cleaning all of my pipes under my sink, going to the hardware store and installing a new sprayer and when I received my bill, it was far less than I was anticipating. I received timely, courtesy, and outstanding customer service at a very reasonable price. I definitely will use Cordes Plumbing Service again.

All we knew was "the toilet flushes oddly and then vile things back up into my bathtub." At first we thought it was a relatively simple clog. But nothing would touch it. So we hired the plumbers and they came out and snaked the line from the front yard...this didn't help...and they got roots. They had to pull the toilet and go down from that pipe... then the *big* roots started to come back. They were reluctant to proceed. It was clear now that there was a break in the main line, and aggressive roots. The only *real* (permanent) fix for that is to either tunnel under or jackhammer the floor... So they discussed the risk of going after any removable clog... because if the snake got stuck, it was *awful* (and expensive). We actually prayed over the drain snake :) ... and shoved it back down. The... thing ... they pulled out looked like a pipe shaped meatloaf! I'm amazed water ever got through it. They were here trying to make things right for over 3 hours, but they *stuck* to the numbers on their estimate. In the end, I have restored and working tub and toilet drains. We would *absolutely* bring this specific company back for the repair of the main line, and would cheerfully call them back/recommend them to others.
