This one of the best decisions I made. I called Mike around 7 pm on a Monday and they came out the VERY next day and got my black mold problem taken care of within three hours. Very fast, very efficient, and the customer service was outstanding.

"We are sorry you feel this way Mary. WE TRIED CALLING YOU YESTERDAY TO GIVE YOU THE RESULTS, BUT NOBODY ANSWERED. ALL LABS WERE CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING AND IT SET BACK THE SCHEDULE FOR THEM. WE CANNOT CONTROL THE TIME FRAME, ALONG WITH ALL THE COASTAL SAMPLES BEING PROCESSED AT THIS TIME. We gave you the price up front and the cost of the labs needed for your project. We profited less than 7% of the total, the rest went to the labs. We moved you up on the list to get your project done in your time frame. We were 150$ less than the competitor had quoted. Again I wish the labs didn't cost so much also, but that is out of our control."

UPDATE: Spoke with the owner, Mike. A couple of key staff are having pressing medical concerns, and as they are a small office, they are behind on paperwork and more. He asked me to please be patient, and I will be. So, everything I wrote below needs to be read in that emergency context. I will write another update once theres follow-up, which I expect next week. Mixed bag: new central vac installed a week ago. Work was good, although delayed. Still waiting for a copy of the contract I signed, warranty paperwork, and status update on a new part I was told might be back-ordered. They seem to take on far too many clients and desperately need office help. I will revise the review when the above issues have been addressed.

Mike was very courteous, professional, and explained each and everything he was going to do. He was concerned for my sister who is disabled (she had just had a horrible surgery and was living with us). The workers worked hard and fast. Would I use them again? You bet.

They took my vacuum unit saying issue is with unit. Then said I should buy Aero lexus unit for about$1400. I found offers for Lexus at $695. They countered that by saying it is Chinese made. I also found my Cana vac offer 5 year warranty. They sent me a photo of may machine showing a partly rusted metal plate on top of the motor saying warranty is void. I asked them to return my equipment which they did after 4 days and charged me $79 plus tax. I hired another contractor. He just turned on the machine and listened along the wall and pin pointed where the air leak is. It was in the attic by the side of my game room. He went inside and reconnected it in a minute and my vacuum has more power than it ever had. I don?t know how the pipe got loose, but is all fixed now. I lost $79 plus tax only because I went with someone from home advisor

We needed a mold remediation done quickly before closing on our new house. The Aerus team was quick to respond, excellent at their work, patient and willing to explain the real problem and remediation process in detail to me, and they ve continued to follow up to ensure the mold stays gone. They cared for and treated my home with the same respect and excellence as they would their own homes. Not once did I worry that their main goal was to finish the job, get paid, and move on. Their main goal was to make my home safe and mold free for good, and I feel lucky to be their customer.

Everything went smooth with Aerus. They showed up early and finished in a timely manner. They brought 3 people because I had a time crunch. We couldn t be happier. Much cheaper than the other company I contacted . They actually told us how to clean it ourselves since it wasn t one of the dangerous molds. The other company quoted over 10k. Thank you Aerus!
