I was in a time crunch for a home inspection, needed someone to come and perform a home inspection. My realtor, recommended 4 well known competitors in McKinney TX area. After calling all four, and receiving their quotes and estimated time to complete the project, I was not too impressed or excited. Then, I searched the HomeAdvisor, found Core Inspections LLC, I told them about my project and my time crunch. I was advised that, they were all booked up for the next day, however, they can accommodate a morning time slot for the day after, which I gladly accepted, considering the fact that others were booked up throughout the entire week. Meade Spicer,the gentleman on the phone was very, cordial, friendly, understanding of my situation and my sense of urgency. He even went as far as setting up the appointment with my realtor for the home inspection. I met Meade and my realtor after the inspection for a breakdown of the inspection. I will be honest with you, this people did a great job, going though the entire house. I received a good summary "lecture" from Meade, on what I should be concerned with, plus, I received a PDF via my email. The inspection was fantastic and the price they quoted me was very competitive, as compared to others. Meade, even offered to give a discount, because, they were unable to locate the sprinkler valve, but, I quickly turned it down, But, he quickly stated that he will call the seller and get back with my realtor, once they are able to locate the sprinkler valve. Thanks guys for a great job!! I will recommend them anytime of the day. Great price too. No kidding, I would have given you 6 stars.

He does really good job on inspections! I have known him for at least 10 years and he is always on time, always been really good on giving me information for everything that I need to know. Meade is very thorough and he goes above and beyond for his customers!
