Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks & Steps - Install- For Business
Very very poor quality work. We hired Core Landscape to lay travertine tile on our patio and front sidewalk, a total of 700 square feet. Their finished product was low quality work, and the list of problems is very long with both the process and final result. Experts told us we are now stuck with a bad patio unless we jackhammer the whole thing out and start again. When we complained about the poor job, the owner offered to have the crew come back and wash off the excess grout. After an investigator from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors came to our house and verified “extremely poor tile setting,” plus “lippage” (tiles uneven) and “ponding” at various places, the owner of Core Landscape agreed to pay a partial refund. The whole process was very expensive and very frustrating.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System - Repair
This was the second time in two years I called on this company to check my irrigation system. Very pleased with their service. Aaron is very knowledgeable and experienced. He responded immediately both times. Last month he installed a new irrigation control clock and found a problem with a connection to the back yard. I had a planter removed in November by another company and they cut the power line for the irrigation system and did not repair it, they just buried the wires under the landscape stones. Aaron explained two ways to correct the problem and advised me to contact that company. Thank you Aaron for explaining to me how the problem should be corrected; the other company was going to connect the wires with electrical tape, instead I had them install another clock in the back of the house to control the backyard landscaping at zero cost to me. Thanks Aaron for being there through this whole process.

Aaron was great to work with and answered all our questions before and after the job was completed. Installed outdoor landscape and path lighting and replaced my 17 year old low-end drip system full of leak repairs with high quality product. He was very patient and offered options. He and his crew were right on time and finished in one day. Then walked us through the finished product explaining the layout and placement and explained the new control systems. Awesome company all the way around. We are redoing our landscaping in phases and will definitely be getting Core Landscape back to the house throughout.
