I can see why Core Pest Solutions, in my case, "Core Pest Solutions-Charlotte", is NOT BBB Accredited or ANGI Certified. I was approached at my new build Salisbury community about their quarterly pest control services, billed monthly. When I asked about a penalty for early cancellation, I was advised there was not, though I was encouraged to give them a try. I did, the one/first initial service treatment was acceptable (March 26), but further research noted comparable service, distinctly cheaper. Upon trying to cancel, submitting my request greater than 30 days before my next scheduled quarterly service (June 2026), I was informed the payment for the entire remaining 17-month contract would be due as a cancellation fee! Please do your due diligence BEFORE SIGNING anything! Before allowing them to DO ANYTHING! You'll have three days to cancel or until "first service", scheduled the next day! I'm stuck but YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE!

The work itself was adequate but I canceled because one tech told me a different price and the office staff couldn't even find which tech came to my house that day. Very poor communication and the office has no clue what is going on. I canceled all services in October after several frustrating emails over the process yet they still had service scheduled for January and February . Spoke to female in January who promised to rectify but failed to do so . DO NOT HIRE!

They also took care of wasp’s, spider's,roachs and ants. Did a wonderful job and explained how it all worked. Polite and friendly.

The Core tech that came to our home was very kind and informative. They explained how to continue to keep our home protected even between services. Sprayed my interior and exterior.

I had a young guy knock on my door, and I figured I?d give their service a try. Honestly, I was really impressed, they did a ton of work for the price, and the quality was great. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

They have scheduled multiple appointments and not shown up as scheduled. I called to cancel the contract because they arenâ t showing up and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee event though they are the ones not upholding the contract. Their staff - specifically Andres - are extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner Colton Shriber will come to your door to solicit a contract and then never answer again.

If looking for a pest control company Iâ m not suggesting Core Pest solutions. They donâ t stick to there appointments, twice in a row this has occurred.

They are dishonest and unprofessional. They double charged a fee and will not reimburse the second charge.

Theyâ ve got a really great team at Core Pest Solutions. The company took care of my entire street of newly built homes. Iâ m usually annoyed at sales people coming to my door, but I genuinely enjoyed my conversation with their staff. After a quick account set up, they took care of things while being quick, courteous, & efficient. I had positive feedback from all of my neighbors too.

I had a good experience talking with their sales representative. They were very polite they address my problem and gave me the correct solution.
