It’s was so pleasant working with Reshonne. He was very clear with what he was going do and super efficient with completing his tasks. He renovated my entire 3 bedroom Condo apartment so that I can sell it for a profit. I would recommend working with him if your looking for affordable but experienced help.

I have nothing but great things to say about Reshonne! He was extremely professional, communicative, and friendly throughout the process of multiple drainage, plaster, and painting projects. The final product looks good as new (if not better) and will definitely hire him again for all future needs. Can't recommend strongly enough.

Reshonne was amazing! We had a leak coming from a roof drain in our apartment in the middle of winter and he came to test out different temporary fixes before the management company could come redo the roof in the spring. Each time he was incredibly communicative, timely, professional, and polite. His work was top notch and he always made an extra effort to ensure the space was clean before he left. He also came back to redo and repaint a part of the ceiling damaged by the leaking water. Now it looks just like it did before the leak, couldn’t recommend him enough!

We hired Core Value Assets to paint our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment and to update our bathrooms with a new shower door, replacement of vanity, faucets, medicine cabinets, and shower fixtures. We also needed some wall repairs after in-wall plumbing was completed. Reshonne was great to work with, he is very professional and takes his craft seriously. He is meticulous and does great work, often going above and beyond. We were happy to work with him and would work with him again!

This company was excellent from the moment they showed up to the last day. They cleaned each day and taped off the work area to minimize dust flow and resolved the issue with minimum cuts to the wall. I would call them the plumbing scientist because they were so knowledgeable and trailed the water flow from site to the damaged area. I will keep them as a personal contact because they are skilled in other handy areas of the home improvement realm.
