Stiles, has 23 years experience doing environmental contracting. Prime Contracting, LLC, has 40 years combined experience doing asbestos abatement, and toxicity and mold removal. I highly recommend Prime Contracting, LLC. My 888 sq. ft. house was built in 1940 and the floors were covered in asbestos floor tile. My house was a 2 1/2 hour drive, one way, but Corey and his team drove over and removed every bit of the tile. My general contractor has complimented the work done by Prime Contracting several times to me, mentioning how clean they left the job site. Thank You, Prime Contracting!!

The owner, Corey, was very responsive. He came right out, gave a fair quote, and even offered to reduce the cost if they did not find black mold in our second attic. His two employees, Mike and Justin were at the house within 2 days. They both did an excellent job. They were on time, conscientious of our carpet, and not getting chemicals or paint on anything except the black mold in our attic. They laid plastic down, cleaned up after themselves, and kept me apprised of everything they were doing. I would highly recommend this company, and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Unlike the other asbestos removal company that I was referred to by my flooring installation sales rep, Corey did not actively seek out multiple ways to unnecessarily drive up project cost. I will definitely use PRIME Contracting again.
