Corey bills and expects payment for his service at the beginning of the month and then does not show up to do the work. When it gets to be 2 weeks, I call and ask him why he has not come. His excuse is always that it is raining. It is true that it has rained a lot, however, I see a lot of other landscapers out doing their job anyway. When they come, they do a very good job, however, because they do not come, after two weeks, the lawn looks like the property is abandoned and that is totally unacceptable. I need and deserve someone more dependable.
