They were there when they said they would be

Tech brought a grinder into to garage and was spraying sparks all through my garage. When questioning the tech if there was another way to do the job like removing 6 screws and taking the rod outside to do the grinding and was told that that was the only way. Now on fire watch to ensure that nothing is smoldering in the garage. I addressed issue with management.

This was my first time using HomeAdvisor and Corkern Door Company. They both over exceeded my expectations.

4 hrs later than projected... Failed to tell me over the phone when i asked to check a simple thing that even I could have fixed in 2 seconds flat (and I am disabled!).. .deserved a rating of less than 1. But, the guys proceeded to clean my light, change the bulbs, clean my garage door, grease up all the components and coded my garage door panel which others had said was broken. I had never used it since I bought the house. It just needed a battery and the code set! These young men were courteous and helpful even though it was hot and at the end of their day. They redeemed their company's image.

Although i didn’t use them for the repair , they were very helpful in selling me the parts I needed to do it myself. Great guys here !!! The other company wouldn’t sell me the parts needed to repair my garage door
