They show up with no parts and pieces, and I had to pay as they took two trips to get parts and pieces, and then they bought the wrong parts, or too few parts. No planning. They saw the leak, and started cutting and fixing without a plan for what they were doing. At one time I had twenty joints, 2 leaking in approximately 15 feet of plumbing. They once hooked everything up wrong, and had no water supply. it took 4 trips, and 15 contact hours to replace one hot water line 15 feet long, and connected to a manifold of three lines. But they were the friendliest plumbers.
