Alejandro Cornejo is very professional and accommodating. After looking at the extent of the job at our home (3BR, 3Full baths, 1 half bath, large living room eat in kitchen, dining room , office, laundry room,) he gave us an estimate of time and cost. He also suggested we meet with a color consultant which was very helpful. His estimates were both on target and his team did a very professional job. They took great care in moving and covering furniture, as well as cleaning up at the end of each day. Work was completed inside of 2 weeks. We could not be happier!

I cannot say enough good things about Alejandro and his crew. They are very professional and reliable, get the job done quickly and as planned and with the best quality. They did a great job painting several large rooms in our house, and in the past painted the exterior of our home and stained the porch ceilings. Alejandra was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond what was expected. We also added some extra work for him to complete and he was very happy to do whatever was ask at a very fair rate. He also installed a new bathroom countertop with underneath sinks, new mirrors and changed out the lighting in our master bathroom. The garden tub was replaced with a walk in shower. I have a new, beautiful bathroom now.. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future for all remodeling.

I have yet to meet Alejandro. I wanted all the dark wood in my condo painted white. I handled all of these arrangements remotely from Connecticut. He came highly recommended by my kitchen contractor who I thoroughly trust. Alejandro came in, reviewed what was needed and gave me a reasonable price. He complied with all of my time constraints Throughout my life I have engaged craftsmen of all sorts for my various home improvement projects. I was fortunate to be pleased with their results. I can say without reservation that Alejandro is by far the best contractor I have ever hired. Managing a project like this remotely is always a challenge. Not with Alejandro. He took charge and delivered a result that met or exceeded his standards. Believe me when I say his standards go way beyond my expectations. I told him I was bringing in a professional cleaner after all the work was completed. He said that was fine but when he leaves a work site the only way you know he was there was to notice the color change. He sent me pictures. The place looks good. Very good. Thank you Alejandro. Alejandro Cornejo is more than a workman; he is a craftsman who takes great pride in what he does and how he does it. Five stars out of five for work ethic, quality of work, business practices, and value. A vent cover had been allowing rain to get beneath our roof shingles for some time. The plywood had rotted. During a heavy rain, a lot of water began dripping from our living ceiling. It also bubbled the paint on one wall. A large roofing and restoration company, after inspecting the roof and the interior damage, recommended Mr. Cornejo for the repairs. Other residents had praised Mr. Cornejo and his father for work they had done in Brunswick Forest after Hurricane Florence. Mr. Cornejo replaced the damaged section of the roofâ plywood, tarpaper, and shingles. He replaced the plastic vent cover with a better-designed metal one. In the attic, he replaced the insulation that had gotten wet and checked the sheetrock for mold (there was none). He then repaired the damage to our living room ceiling and wall. This required scraping, patching, sanding, and painting, at which the man is a master. The repairs are invisible, no matter how closely you look.

Alejandro and his crew were great! They did wonderful work, were efficient and super nice. Their prices are super competitive. I would absolutely hire Alejandro and his team again!
