Very disappointing experience from start to finish. First, communication was poor and unprofessional. They changed the arrival time last minute and showed up a full hour early with almost no notice, completely disrupting our morning. We have a baby at home, and when we asked for just 30 minutes to get situated (which still would have been earlier than scheduled), someone was still knocking at our door well before that. The actual work was just as frustrating. We gave clear instructions on what should be folded versus hung, and those were not followed. When I got home, there were multiple baskets left unfinished, socks half-matched and abandoned, clothes hung inside out, items crammed into the closet, and some clothing not even put away at all. It honestly looked like the job was started and then rushed through or left incomplete. We ended up spending over an hour finishing the work ourselves. They did a fantastic job cleaning my home and Veronica was very friendly.

Veronica Cornelio is thorough and did a great job on her initial deep cleaning of my parent's house. We have hired her for every other week's services. So far so good. My stepmom is pleased.
