When I was trying to make decisions on picking out products or deciding on colors.his input was extremely helpful. He made the project fun. He was also very caring and careful when working on our home. Very trustworthy. The new bathrooms are beautiful. We have received lots of compliments.would highly recommended.

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
Brian installed a shower door for us. He did fantastic, high quality work and really paid attention to all the details. We would absolutely hire Brian again and recommend to others.

I would be cautious before hiring Brian. He did some of the outlined work with great care and quality. He did not meet the timeline outlined, which would have been fine, except that some major components of the project at the end were done with very poor quality and he mentioned that he had three other jobs going that he needed to put more time into. He may do fine with very simple jobs, but from my experience, it seemed he did not have the expertise necessary to complete some of the more complex pieces of the project. Throughout the project he mentioned that he was doing a few extra things, but since I had provided some of the materials, it was fine and the contract didn't need to be changed. When I saw the last and most important components of the project "completed" and expressed concern that I was not happy with it, all he did was threaten to charge for the additional work. This ended up being a very stressful situation and I will need to hire another contractor to finish the work.

"This is a tough thing to respond to but I think it's important to let future customers know the situation. I am so proud of the work completed that I have uploaded before and after pictures of this project. As the old saying goes "Pictures are worth a thousand words" Please see the before and after photos of not only the new stairwell wall but the storage access doors we installed and the beautiful oak railing that this customer absolutely loved.I never thought that in 30 years of business I would receive a negative review for doing extra work over and above the contract.. I was sympathetic to this customers situation and told my crew to not only do 2 days of extra work but to clean the living room floor and vacuum the stairs as well. As I stated to this customer. "The work you are questioning is not on the contract". If this work would have been on the contract we would have taken care of it. Brian,"

I hired Cornell Construction to remodel my kitchen and I can not say enough about what a great job they did. My kitchen needed a ton of work so I knew it would be difficult but Brian, Beau and Vickie were up for the challenge! I worked with Beau to come up with a great design and they executed it to exactly what I wanted. They had to fix holes in floors and ceilings, lay down a floor on a totally uneven existing one, paint the whole room, install new cabinets and a new farmhouse sink. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and hardworking crew go with Cornell Construction. They will get the job done expertly and in a timely fashion.
