Great to work with!

The repair by the front door (2 sq ft) was good but it's tough to judge whether they would be good to replace a whole floor. The repair work around my fire place, I feel was a little sloppy as I can see the glue. They basically used a glue gun - had I know that that's what they were going to do, I could have done it for myself probably a little neater. However, that was our fault because we should have asked about the procedure before committing. One last piece of feedback - it would help if the workmen could understand English - it is very difficult to communicate. Overall I was pleased with the main piece of work.

Overall, they did a very good job with the floors. The whole apt was done in two days. A small downside: there is a small difference in the gleaming between the floors done in day 1 versus day 2. They also installed the quarter rounds, and did an excellent job. They DID NOT take care of the walls though. I was planning to paint the walls anyway (they did not know that) so it did not matter to me, but I think they could do better. After they left, the walls had many large dark spots, especially around the power outlets. Another pro: they did help me move my furniture, even if this was not part of the contract. The price was very good.

Excellent service. All the workers were extremely friendly and helpful. They showed up on time and did the entire condo (including kitchen) in one day and came in exactly at the estimate. Highly reccomended. Did I mention the floors look excellent and they left no trash behind?

They did a great job in the time specified on short notice for the price agreed upon. I have no complaints. But - if you live in a condo building be ready sleep with the windows open and apologize to your neighbors about the chemical smell.

Estimate was professionally done by Cornell himself and he did a great job of making us feel at ease and comfortable with our decision to go with his company. Workers arrived exactly on time and did an great job with the refinishing of our floors. They finished the job when they said that they would and we are very happy with our decision to have gone with Cornell's for this job!

The price was good, however the boards repaired were over sanded resulting in deep sanding marks in the floor. However, Cornell's Floor Sanding came back to repair the marks to our satisfaction.

I had to reschedule a few times and they were willing to work with me above and beyond the call of duty. Great service.

They did a wonderful job sanding, staining and poly(ing) my hardwood floors. The only issue I had was they didn't seal off the wall intake grate for my furnace and the furnace clogged with saw dust.

I was nervous hiring a flooring contractor to redo our condo oak floors, because I would be out of town & not able to hover & supervise. They showed up on time, did it exactly right, stained it the right color & finished & cleaned up all with out me there to supervise. Great job.

Very fast, reasonably priced, and professional.

They said that they would handle moving the furniture. We were told that we could be back in our condo on Sunday, and they finished on Saturday. When we got home, none of the furniture was moved back. We were credited the money moving back, but they should have called me and told me that the furniture was still in the bedrooms. I was pretty upset that no effort was made to contact me about this.

Very professional and reasonable (cost wise) estimate. Did an excellent job on the floor with the exception of a few specific areas. I may call them back out to fix some areas that look bad. After the job, there was dust absolutely everywhere (in rooms that they did not work on), despite my instructions to leave the room doors closed, and use plastic covering in the kitchen.

They were friendly and did a good job. My one gripe was that they told me the job could be done within a certain tight time frame that fit my move-in needs, and then when they finished they told me to wait 3-4 additional days, which messed up my move-in plans. I wish they had been a little more forthright with the requisite drying time during the initial "sell" period.

They were able to accomodate our schedule and come out at the last minute.
