I am really impressed with the company and work done. The roof materials and dumpster arrived before 8 am Wednesday. My old shake roof was removed and new roof installed by 3 pm Thursday. I needed new gutters also and these were installed Friday morning and the dumpster picked by 2 pm.The work is top notch and could not have been happier with the scheduling. The roofers and management are pleasant and customer oriented.

Good:The estimator was by far the most informative and courteous. Not so good: By far the most expensive of all of the bids. The final repair wasn't quite as promised. There were some shingles that were sticking up.

Provided quick, thorough estimate. Crew showed up on time, was polite and performed excellent work. Job foreman provided free assistance in designed custom venting system for my multi-pitch roof to prevent future moisture problems due to lack of adequate ventilation. (which was the cause of the roof degradation and subsequent replacement). Quote was not lowest.

Their proposal process is very clear and easy to understand. They recommended the best way to do the job, and showed alternatives that made comparisons easier with other bids. They were competitive on price, but the distinguishing comment is their workmanship, professionalism on the jobsite, job clean up, invoicing, and customer care followup. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

I have to admit the roof does look good however there were a couple of issues. The workers tried to cover up a small rotten piece of trim work and I only noticed it because they had to nail into the gutter to hold the trim in place. I also had asked about their 130 mph warranty because I had wanted the peace of mind that would come with it. They said since I was getting the extended warranty the higher mph was included. After the job was completed I found out the warranty didn't include the higher rating.

A professional job delivering on time and quality. Efficient operation that provided the lien release from the product supplier. I felt good about the price as well and the roof looks terrific! Hiring a roofing contractor is hard especially when it's your first time and there are so many out there. I think I got lucky with Cornerstone.

They did a terrific job on our reroof! Tore out the old composition roof, installed the new one, it was complete in the 2-days allotted, they were quiet (well, as quiet as a roof job can be!), courteous of my plants, and left the place neat and clean afterwards... Would highly recommend CornerStone, they were great from start to finish.
