Dan and his crew were amazing! A previous company had done work on our basement and apparently not well. Mistakes were made and even a code violation, ugh. Cornerstone Waterproofing took care of everything with the correct materials and installation. You're not just a "number" with Dan. He spent a lot of time in conversations about the basement and how we felt about everything. Haha, even just time shooting the breeze. We had a wonderful experience! The guys even filled in some holes we had in the back yard from some roots we had taken out. Completely unrelated to there project. This company went far beyond expectations.

These guys were very professional and did a nice job in my basement. Four years later I?m having issues with their system and they will not return my calls or emails; I?ve been trying to reach them for over a month. Stay away.

Cornerstone waterproofed our basement in January 2018 but due to this years heavy rains, downpours and residing at the base of a mountain we started to experience some moisture in our basement. I called Nick Parks who immediately came to our home to inspect the issue. In order to resolve this issue, Cornerstone drilled more drain holes in the basement walls, installed a polyethylene barrier on the wall and gave us a Santa Fe dehumidifier. Cornerstone and Nick Parks have gone out of their way to help us, they're very dependable and perform against their life time warranty. They are quality people that do quality work. I recommend them to anyone that has waterproofing issues.

This was by far the best company to handle the job. I received a quote from another Home Advisor contractor and they were extremely overpriced. Dan came into my home over a year ago and gave me a quote that was a fraction of the other companies quote. I decided to do the job 17 months later and it was still the same price as quoted over a year ago. The crew came out on an extremely hot day and did the job, working through lunch to be sure to get the job done before it rained. I would totally recommend this company and all who work there. Dan is very professional and an all around honest guy. I would trust any part of my home to them.

The owner Dan listened to what I wanted and offered reasonably priced and attractive options, rather than just barging in trying to sell me some high priced system not suitable to my needs. I just had the work done today, so it’s too soon to tell how the waterproofing system works- but I didn’t want to wait to write a review because my experience with Cornerstone was so positive. I spoke with several companies to get quotes to have a drainage system installed, and Cornerstone stood out from the rest. Dan is extremely honest and knowledgeable, and encouraged me to take the time to speak to as many companies that I wanted to to make an informed decision (and I had two different companies try to pressure me into signing a contract on the same day). He also took extra time to answer all of my questions, and I assure you that I asked him a lot! The crew that showed up today to do the work were all very nice, and did an outstanding job. They also worked very neatly, and cleaned up afterwords to the point that you can’t tell there was major work done in my basement today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company- from start to finish, they made what could have been an extremely stressful project completely seamless and stress-free.
