"This review is unwarranted and unsubstantiated. This was a referral given to me by the reviewer to appraise a relatives home. I had no direct contact with this reviewer other than a phone conversation. He was not present at the subject property when the appraisal was performed and did not provide payment for the appraisal. I delivered the report on time as promised to the home owner & discussed it at length upon its delivery to address any questions she may have. She was unaware that this negative review was given."
