Cornerstone Attic & Home Seal Solutions LLC

Over the decades I've hired a lot of contractors, but it's rare to find someone as knowledgeable and caring as Julian. From the estimate on, he made sure we understood everything. He assessed our needs, made sound recommendations, and patiently answered every question I had. His knowledge and kindness won the bid. The job ran in two stages — out with the old insulation, in with the new. We unexpectedly needed other work done in between stages and Julian accommodated our schedule changes without hesitation. His crews were first class, working through intense heat and long days. After each stage he inspected everything, had the crew touch up whatever needed it, and walked me through the work. For areas I couldn't physically reach, he went up himself and sent me videos of the work. Every question answered, every detail handled. He even completed extra work at his own expense to make sure we were happy. Julian is a man of integrity, and it's rare to find that level of honesty, skill, and professionalism in one person. I'm grateful God put him in our path. Highly recommended. A+++++

Just wanted to give a “shout out” to Julien and his amazing crew for the great job on our home!

Came in and got right to work. Didn’t quote me the highest and gave me a lot of options. Down to earth guy Jose is awesome. Highly recommend and can’t wait for my radiant barrier and fan.

I hired an electrician to rewire my newly acquired property in Kaufman Texas, and had the unfortunate news delivered to me, that I have a colony of rats, to include large snakes in my attic. I called several companies, to assist in getting my attic back to normal, but not one was experienced, nor equipped enough to handle such a task. I was told (by three different companies, none of which I care to mention) that I’d have to hire a pest control company, before they would even come out to give me a quote. I then called Cornerstone Attic & Home seal Solutions, they sent Jose (Julien) as he’s affectionately known throughout the industry and he gave me an honest assessment of the issue at hand and assured me that everything would be taken care of. He sealed every entry way (63) they (the rodents) had to come and go, to only make a one way door to exit but never enter my home again. Julien applied a spray that’s an irritant, to the rodents but safe for humans, for a mass exodus of the inhabitants. Two days later, it was found that there was a rodent that made its way out of the one way door damaging it. Julien had that repaired, and applied a deodorizer that left the attic and the old insulation safe. Julien and his team, then prepared to clear my attic of all the old insulation, and had blown in fresh cellulose throughout, to the tune of twelve inches. Properly installed catwalks and an additional area for storage, so that the chance of falling thru the ceiling, would never become a reality. Finally, he and his team of professionals, installed perforated radiant barrier thru out.

I had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone Attic & Home Seal with Julien Perez Owner. I had a concierge experience. My call was answered. He all my questions in personable professional and courteous manner without any pressure. He is a subject matter expert. He took the time to explain all available options I felt confident and re-assured that my home is safe and I have a team that will work with me for my home safety.
